What I don't do: I don’t believe healing should feel chaotic | I don’t host uncontained women’s circles | I don’t believe emotional flooding equals transformation | I don’t lead performative healing | I don't leave you open emotionally | not a cheerleader or hype facilitator
HERE'S JUST SOME OF WHAT I'LL BE FOCUSING ON
- GUIDED BREATH WORK – Release emotional residue from 2025 and create internal space for clarity and regulation.
- HUMAN DESIGN 101 (Foundational) – understand why you're tired, see where you are misusing energy, reconnect to purpose without pushing and understand your gifted and have a unique purpose. Understanding your Design helps you make aligned decisions moving forward, utilize your energy and work within your God given gifts! Expect ahhhhh moments!!
- Embodied Reflection Activities – Consciously choose the energy you bring into 2026. Clarify who you are becoming. Identify what you're no longer carrying forward.
